Every chocolate that needs to return must submit an application, we don’t accept the chocolate that has no-application and directly returned. In summer, we deliver all our chocolates by cold-chain logistics. If the chocolates you received have any damage (melted or broken), please send us a return application and the picture of the damage. Once your application has approved, please resend the damaged chocolate to us. When we get the chocolate, we will give you an equal value of chocolate for compensation. All extra delivery costs please paid by buyer first and we will return the money for you.
